Just as promised

So I have started a mitten using the handspun from the previous post! It was to be a mitten the whole time. I typically never plan when I spin. I just go with it. But this time I wanted mittens.


I am getting kinda nervous though. I don't want to cut the yarn yet to start the other mitten because I am afraid I won't have enough. So I unwound the ball and rewound it so I can start from the other end. This is as far as I am. Wanna know why?
