the weekending....

It seems I have come down with a cold this past week. So this weekend I thought I would take it easy a bit and do some mindless spinning.

It would also appear I was pretty productive for not feeling too swift. I managed to finish spinning up some Merino/Bamboo/Nylon (4 oz to be exact), plying it and washing it too. I just love bobbin to finished shots, don't you?

Looks like ice cream! And it's so soft!
Next I finished up some sample spinning. This is only about 2 oz of mixed wool from Spinners Hill. It is so lovely though

I even did some dying! I will save that for tomorrow. I am not sure blogger will let me add any more photos today.
What a gorgeous fall weekend this has been. I hope you are all out enjoying the weather while it lasts.
PS - I changed the look of the blog. I like this more simple look.
